I cannot recommend Folsom Heating & Cooling enough. Tim went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of when the manufacturer wasn’t sure what the issue was. He made us a priority even over the holiday season. Instead of replacing random parts and guessing, he spent countless hours on the phone with the manufacturer to get the best answer possible before trying anything. His attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care for our well being made the experience of having no heat much better. I’ll never have anyone else do any service or work on my HVAC system besides Folsom.
